I promised myself I would post here for Pi Day, and now that Pi Day is here, I’m rushing to get this out so I can go to work. This is called Crack Pie (I kid you not), and is from Momofuku, the bakery, and Milk Bar, in New York. (The same people that brought compost cookies, and cereal milk to the world). I’ve made it once before, and remember it to be incredibly sweet. The filling is basically sugar, brown sugar, butter, nonfat dry milk, heavy cream, egg yolks, and vanilla extract! I’m taking this to work, so I didn’t want to take a slice, otherwise, I’d show you the slice! I literally have to go to work now! Enjoy!

Thanks Liz! Yeah I barely remember learning about it! It was fun to make, but a little too rich. Co-workers seemed to like it, though. Have a good rest of the weekend!

Yup, and Yup! It is one of the most addictive substances I’ve ever ingested. And yes, I’m looking forward to it. BTW, I love that Chocolate Bundt with the potatoes and black pepper in it, among other things, of course. Amazing!!
